At La Crosse Technology, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your weather station or clock does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and pre-paid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Item

  Securely place the device in its original packaging, including all sensors, power adapters, and instruction manuals to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
